We had to finalize it because we had to shift a critical patient to another hospital while not having this facility. So, it was an effective and beneficial decision from a patient health and business perspective. While making this decision, we used the patient-centered care guiding principle. Which led us to focus on some essential factors. Such as: Evaluation of the point that the equipment will directly enhance the quality of care for patients. The conduct of the cost-benefit analysis helped me to figure out whether the hospital was going to sustain the equipment's cost without compromising with other necessities. We collected valuable insights on the long-term impacts. Afterwards, the decision took a positive turn, with improved and quick care of critically ill patients. Especially patients with neurological issues.
